X-Building in Bahagia #5 - The Uncluttered House. A Comparison.

Let us take a look at the empty house and gauge the space for ourselves.

Patio

The patio area where it used to be cluttered with boxes (of course the previous owner was in the midst of moving away). They left us with a very old shoe cupboard with an attached seat.

The mini garden area didn't change much - but the christmas tree was removed (thanks) and some cracked pots stayed put (thanks again).

This part of the patio - not much difference. Just that our neighbour is also doing their renovations and the big bush outside their porch has been removed!

In the Kitchen

1- Before. 2- After. The clutter is gone!

Backyard

All unauthorized structures like the basin and cooking area in the back need to go. That includes the roof.

My back-to-back neighbour must have been exposed when the previous owner removed the roof structure. A yellow cloth (or plastic) as a temporary shield.

Met the 1st contractor (Christina) today. She isn't really much of an ID person .. I was hoping she gave me more ideas than us telling her what we want to do. BUT she's very familiar with the area, I believe that. What can be done and what cannot be done, she knows. Let's see what she can come up with 7 to 10 days later. Between me and Chuck, we're already having a headache. Which to do, which not to do. Which to do first, which to do later.
